The Berghotel's Cuisine

Interregional

Regional Delicacies. Newly Interpreted.

For decades, the region around the Arlberg has been known for the highest quality. Not just in skiing. But pretty much in everything they do. Our kitchen benefits immensely from a dense network of suppliers, which are all committed to providing excellent, sustainable food.

Additional to our suppliers, our kitchen uses the natural surroundings to add the certain je ne sais quoi. The mountain pine honey used in some of our dishes has been personally collected and produced by some of our kitchen staff.

Place of longing

Warth am Arlberg

Nestled in the midst of an unique landscape, on 1494m above sea level and with only 170 inhabitants one of the smallest municipality in Austria, Warth has become the epitome of a place of longing. Here the struggles of veryday life will not find you. Majestic mountain peaks, centuries-old landscape and traditions, that are dearly upheld, have turned this once so isolated village into an internationally renowned recreation place. Without losing any of its original "Gemütlichkeit".
